Product Registration Fail and Account Issue

When I login to WD SUPPORT PORTAL( https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/id_home)) and try to click the “Register Product(s)”( https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/id_productregistration),,) it always redirect to a page showed the following error:

    Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page.

    Please email us if you need to get in touch.

                                                             Powered by force.com

And while I click the “Account Information” link ( https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/ID_UserProfile),,) it returns the the following error:

    An error was encountered loading the page.

    An error was encountered displaying the country region.

Could any staff help to solve these issues?

As a recommendation, please try using a different browser. If the issue  persist, please contact WD Support as they can assist you to register the product.
