Support .PNG and .NEF files on wdmycloud and wd photos

Continuing the discussion from Better thumbnail functionality for wdphotos and wdmycloud:

We need thumbnails to display for .PNG and .NEF files. Also, if the thumbnails were slightly bigger and if the mouseover function on wdmycloud would yield larger images, that would be very helpful.

Footstuffer, you may want to just bump that thread in the Cloud Ideas section to include your post rather than start a new thread here in this subforum (My Cloud) to continue the discussion that is taking place in that subforum/thread.

I for one think it would be too much for WD to support camera raw files (e.g. cr2, nef, arw, etc). They are not staffed like Adobe, but dng is doable since its an open standard from Adobe.
