i Would Like to know if it is possible to make streaming from a WD TV Live Hub to a WD TV Live within the same network.

Yes, the WDTV Live Hub works as a media server or Shared folder. The WDTV Live hub can also access any USB memory or hard drive you may have connected to the WDTV Live as a shared folder.
