I have a 1T WD passport external hard drive and somehow it was partitioned and most of its memory is unallocated. How can I fix this.

You can reformat your drive to allocate the unallocated storage and create a new Volume to use complete storage space of external hard drive. Please make sure to get backup of important data before going to reformatting the drive.
