unable to login to mycloud home device

via windows laptop and macbook
tried 4 different browsers
chrome, edge, opera and firefox

I am still able to access it via the iphone app.

Hi Dalglish07, I am having the same issue as you. I’ve search everywhere and submitted support ticket, but no response or help yet. I hope they find solution soon.

It’s working now

When I tried to login via WD (mac app) I received an automated email that I need to change my password. After doing that, I tried in a browser and it worked

None of the resolutions provided by the agent worked

I receives email saying my ip address was blocked, and to click here to unblock. After clicking the unblock button, stills say same thing, no internet connection. I will see if i can find how to change password to see if this will work. thanks

Hi dalglish07, I clicked forgot password and after sending email to change it, I was able to log in. Thank you so very much! Would have been nicer if the error message says to change password. :frowning:
