WD Discovery does not sign in to WD Home

You could try changing the password from a working app such as the mobile app and/or uninstall and reinstall WD Discovery on the PC. See this thread:

Something went wrong. check that you have an active internet connection

It’s working now When I tried to login via WD (mac app) I received an automated email that I need to change my password. After doing that, I tried in a browser and it worked None of the resolutions provided by the agent worked
