SmartWare login to a share continued

Continuing the discussion from SmartWare Pro 2.4.2 now requires login for My Cloud:

Searching through the forums this appears to be some kind of bug with SmartWare
The only workaround is to be public on all the shares you want to backup to.

It’s been around for awhile, hope there is a fix somewhere

Just a follow-up … this appears to be fixed in version 2.4.13 of SmartWare Pro

If you’re using 2.4.12 and do “check for update” nothing will show up … I had to
manually download it. The install took forever for some reason but eventually
finished… appears to resolve the issue
