Slow Performance on My Cloud EX Series after Updating to OS 5 - Seeking Guidance

I hope everyone is doing well. I’ve recently updated my My Cloud EX Series to the latest OS 5, and since the update, I’ve noticed a significant decline in performance. Accessing files and navigating through the Employee portal interface has become noticeably slower. I’ve verified my network work-schedule connection , restarted the device, and checked for wellbeing initiatives any firmware updates, but the performance issue persists. It’s impacting my productivity and the overall usability of the NAS.
Has anyone else experienced a similar slowdown after updating to OS 5, specifically on the My Cloud EX Series? If so, I’d appreciate any insights or recommendations from the community on how to address this performance issue.
