Slow boot up wd green m.2 sata ssd

why is my 120gb WD green m.2 sata ssd very slow. i installed it in my acer aspire 3 a314-41 but it took more than 1 minute to boot up. and as i check it in wd ssd dashboard, it says in the security - ATA-FROZEN. what does it mean.? . Can someone help me to improve its performance. Thank you soooo much
