Hi, I saw lots of people asking and have a solution but didn’t see a way to reply so posted instead.
The problem is that when you connect a 2TB external WD passport HDD to a Mac or Windows computer, it flashes constantly and never gets recognized. I’ve found a partial solution:
Solution:
Leave the drive switched on overnight and the flashing will sometimes stop and the drive will be recognized. Next time it’s plugged in, it wont need to do this.
