Shuttle vs studio XL for 4k playback

I want to buy this drive and i need some information .

1. Can someone tell me the difference between studio XL and Shuttle XL ? I need to write/read above 900MB/s to playback realtime 4k dpx sequence 16bit at 25fps. what g-speed model can i use with lower price ?

2. shuttle/studio XL is using thunderbolt2 port, if my workstation use thunderbolt3 , will i lose some speed when connect using tb3 to tb2 adapter due to the conversion process ?

3. Is there any model that already support thunderbolt 3 ?

I’m using G-Speed Studio XL 80TB with 10TB HGST 7200rpm drives. The read & write speed according to Blackmagic Disk Speed Test is about 800MB/s & 1000MB/s. And I can playback my 4K DPX sequences in real time. My DPX file is about 50-60MB each.
