Set MyCloud on static IP shut down now on new NETWORK can’t get an up address

I had set my two myCloud drives up on my previous network with static IP addresses. Now we moved and can’t keep the same ISP and when I plugged the devices into my new network they won’t get a DHCP address and I cannot access the MYCloud dashboards. The two Mac addresses show up in the gateway. I identified them through the ipv6 address. How can I access the devices and get them working again. They both have solid blue lights on the front.

4 second reset will revert to DHCP. Read the user manual for details.

Who is your ISP now and what kind of modem/router do you have?

Thanks. That’s what I was thinking would fix it just couldn’t remember how long to hold the reset button down. I knew there was. Reset that fixed errors without removing your data.
