I just bought your My Passport for Mac tool, in 2TB version?
I would like to use it to save files from a HP Laptop, and transfer them onto an IMac and a Mac Book Pro - but I know I must do something on the passport to make it compatible with the laptop - could you plesae send me asap the process and precise steps of what I need to do ?
In order to use the drive in both MacOS and Windows, you have to format the drive in exFAT. Please refer to the link given below in order to know how to format the drive in exFAT
NOTE: Formatting is Data Destructive and cannot be undone.
