Looks like it may be an issue with the card being used. I would suggest using a different card or contacting WD support directly to see what options are available.

Hi @Wintersedge - I asked one of our developers to look into your account (thanks for using the same email here - not everyone does) and see what is going on here. The error returned in your case is “declined by gateway: Address not Verified (5 digit zip match only)” Essentially it’s saying that the credit card processor is declining the transaction due to an unverified address.
