Looks like it may be an issue with the card being used. I would suggest using a different card or contacting WD support directly to see what options are available.
Hi @Wintersedge - I asked one of our developers to look into your account (thanks for using the same email here - not everyone does) and see what is going on here. The error returned in your case is “declined by gateway: Address not Verified (5 digit zip match only)”
Essentially it’s saying that the credit card processor is declining the transaction due to an unverified address. There is nothing we can do to bypass this on our side - the issue has to be addressed with the bank that issued the c…
