I have several hundred MP4 files that I am not able to play from my WD Live Hub. I have read several posts on this issue and remain somewhat confused. One post suggest converting .mp4 to .mkv which I tried to no success. Below are MEDIA INFO files for both versions of one of the files. Can some please be kind enough to explain in very simple terms why I am having truoble viewing these files and how I might go about resolving this issue. I have over 200 files like this and would prefer an automated solution.
Specifically, these files are on a shared network hard drive. I can navigate to them and enter play, but when I do, I just get a spinning arrow.
