Replacing fan on My Cloud PR4100 - Error message received

I want to remove the outer case from my unit and replace the fan. Taking off the three screws at the back of the outer case - one each side and one at the top doesn’t loosen anything so I have to start elsewhere I guess. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
