Is there a way to repair a WD ultra My Passport external hard drive? The icon shows up on my PC but it lists 0 KB of storage and 0 KB of used space, so I can’t access the files.
WD passport 2TB comes format with exFAT and don’t show up in Win10.
Have you tried to format to NTFS?
First of all, try formatting your drive and check if it shows any errors.
Secondly, you can try checking the health of your drive if it consists of any bad sectors or any such issue.
