Problems logging in to Dashboard

Hello guys. I can’t log in to the dashboard anymore. My username and password are not accepted.

I have a WD My Cloud PR4100 with 24TB.

I’ve tried the 4 second and 40 second resets but to no avail. I’m still stuck at square one.

Please urgently assist if you can
