Problem with permissions

i have downloaded many programmes on my public share and when i am trying to run them i have a permission denied error

 i see the properties and i have read access not read and execute access  and i cant change it

i am of course the admin

Can you paste a screenshot of the error?

windows cant access file you may dont have the right permissions

maybe it is that the problem???
