Problem with my passport

okay so i just bought my passport today…and i did the whole password thing and done…however i tried to use it again about 15 minutes later it wouldnt let me in and said i got the wrong password. So i tried to erase because luckily i didnt save anything on it yet…however now i feel like its broken because non of the original files are on it and after looking at it it says cdrom instead of my passport on the files. Any help

I think you hosed your new drive and you should find the phone number for WD Support for assistance. The files that were on it have tutorials and videos that can help you plus other files And, be sure to download the complete user manual from WD Support as well.and maybe support can help you recover them.
