Hello I’ve just joined the community. I would like to ask you that my external harddrive which is 750Gb was not working about 4 months ago. It was out of the warranty and I decided to give it a IT guy. He couldnt do it. I am trying to fix it because I have very important project and notes about my work and also all my photos in it. Dont say that why hadnt you backed it up? I bought it because of that. I am really nervous to WD. There are no support in Turkey. I couldnt find the new one. though If I change the board maybe I will be fixed. One time IT guy chaned the board with similir board and there is a voice repeat itself per 3 seconds in it. I can send it anywhere or I can be get help anywhere. Sorry my english. waiting your reply.
