AFAIK, sleep doesn’t affect LCC count at all.

Briefly: The LCC is activated everytime the drive wants to park the head. It can park the head when there is a power shutdown, or when there is no activity even when you hear the drive is still spinning. Each manufacturer has its own method when and how  to park the drive. When the drive goes to sleep it parks the head.

Therefore, SLEEP does contribute to the LCC but not all of it.
