Plex and how to add IPTV

Hello
looking for a little help on how to set up the following

1 I have a My Cloud EX4100 with Plex

what i’m trying to do it set up IPTV on my Plex but its not showing up and from what i/m see on the web is i need to get into the root file in plex on my server but i’m not sure how to do it… so i can also add a Plugin so i can set up Smart IPTV inside plex.
