Persistent user data on EX4

Hi all,

I am able to SSH into my WD MyCloud EX4 and setup SSH key authentication, but it doesn’t persist after reboots. How should I approach creating local users and assigning them home directories containing authorized_key files and public keys that will be persistent?

I’m trying to use the NAS as a pull device so I don’t have to allow untrusted remote locations into the NAS. I’d like the NAS to connect out and pull backup data from other locations using rsync/duplicity.
