Permanent Lip Sync Setting

Is there a way to make audio delay (lip sync) setting permanent for the WDTV Live Device? I’ve connected my WDTV Live to an amplifier and I could configure audio delay permanently in the amplifier settings, but it does not store audio delay separately for each input, thus I would have to reset it again when switching to another source (TV).

I don’t get it why this can’t be set as a default parameter in the WDTV firmware…

Any ideas how to overcome this issue?

AFAIK this has not been implemented
