When the j book is installed with the wd smartware my pc won’t restart. Gets stuck in a almost starting cycle then shuts diown and trys restarting again. I can’t run the j book with the smart installed now. How do I fix this.
The computer seems to be attempting to boot from the external drive.
This is not related to Smartware. Certain computers have the option to boot from USB and will try to do it if the drive is connected.
