Passport ultra no Icon

Hi  I thought I installed the Passport ultra properly using the wizard as it appeared on screen. When I went ot check if it was going ok it appeared that nothing is happening.

I am running win 8.1.

I do not have a Icon on the task bar and cant work out how to put it there from some where else. I feel that if I could get the icon on the task bar I would then at least be able to check my settings and start from there.  TIA

Yes it is and it says it is Layout simple type Basic    Status healthy… having read a bit more I think it may have something to do with authentication… how do I do that?    TIA
