Passport Ultra 3TB drive showing only 931GB :-(

Hi

just bought a new Passport Ultra 3TB but it is only showing as 931GB
there is nothing on the drive itsself to say what the storage amount is only serial numbers etc.

The box was sealed & from a reputable dealer

any ideas why it shows only 931GB

Hello, Im having the same problem. But it shows only 871 GB when I format the disc to FAT32. The Model number is the new Passport Ultra of 3T. I Think is the WDBBKD0030BBK

I bought two discs and both have the same problem.
