OS 3 Release Update?

I read everywhere (including press releases recently by WD) that OS 3 was to be released “Sep 21st” but I can’t seem to find either the update to download or any information update by WD anywhere.  Does anyone have any new information on when it will be released? I am not talking about the firmware - got that.  I figured there would be a new desktop applicaiton update as well, no???
