I was able to get me laptop working at the office. Now when I can home I get this message when I try to login:
“An unexpected error has occurred. Ensure that all services are running correctly on the computer. If the problem persists, contact the person who administer your server”.
I’m trying to access it from my Macbook pro laptop. Does the PC that I set it up on(at my office) have to stay on for some reason the entire while I try to access this remotely? OR? I also tried to access the server via web browser both Chrome and Safari and nothing. So is the server sleeping? or? Thank you in advance
I think you are trying to do all this from afar and have not forwared the ports. The server never sleeps 
This is correct. How do I forward the ports that would allow me to have access outside the office?
