I have a WD TV Live Plus. Has internet connection and firmware is updated. All of the icons under internet media work. My problem is that I do not have a netflix icon…the only icon I REALLY WANT. Why is it not here? I need to get an activation code to connet to netflix but I don’t think I can do this without the icon. What do I need to do??? Thank you.
What version of FW are you using? Look in the Setup / About and tell us the full version, and also the model number.

You don’t have a Live Plus. You have a Live HD. The Live HD doesn’t have Netflix.
