I just purchased a WD 5TB My Passport Ultra Blue Portable External Hard Drive, USB-C - WDBFTM0050BBL-WESN, and right out of the box it is making clicking noises, especially when the drive is being read. Could the drive be defective? This is the 2nd drive of same brand and model I get from Amazon. The first one had the same clicking sounds and I sent it back. Is there a problem with this model of external drive? Should I return it and not ask for a replacement anymore?
