I gave this advice to another the other day

My passport wireless pro not connecting and all lights blinking

Hi everyone, I need your help. When I turn on the WIFI I can’t find it on the Iphone even though I have the app Mycloud. After few minutes, all lights start blinking all at the same time and I can’t get anything out of it… It’s the third device I get that has this issue. I really need your help please!! Thank you Lulu
