MyCloud very slow on Mac after FW update

I plugged in Mycloud yesterday for the first time and I got impressive transfer speeds over wifi at home. I updated the FW and now i’m getting terrible speeds. I’m trying to transfer my photo library (30GB) and it says it’s going to take over 3 days. Anyone else experiencing this issue after updating the FW. I also tried a restore of Mycloud with no luck.

It may be related to media content or DLNA. I turned that off and it seems to be back to normal.

Has anyone else had trouble deleting files? It seems to take forever to delete files from the device.
