MyCloud has no internet access

I am using Netgear Router and My Clould NAS device, I tried all possible options mentioned in the settings like static ip, port forward to different port, also tried giving Google DNS1 & DNS2 still getting the same error “No Internet access”. I verified the router’s port forward it is configured correctly i also tested this port by visiting  www.yougetsignal.com

Please help me to resolve this “No Internet Access” error.

Check the router firewall, be sure to have the latest firmware updateon the MyCloud.
