MyCloud has no internet access

I am using Netgear Router and My Clould NAS device, I tried all possible options mentioned in the settings like static ip, port forward to different port, also tried giving Google DNS1 & DNS2 still getting the same error “No Internet access”. I verified the router’s port forward it is configured correctly i also tested this port by visiting

Please help me to resolve this “No Internet Access” error.

Check the router firewall, be sure to have the latest firmware updateon the MyCloud.
