MyCloud account under someone else's email?

A friend ordered the 3tb WD Passport drive for us, and I think MyCloud account might have been setup with his email. How can I setup a MyCloud account now? It does not let me sign in using laptop, or tablet or phone. Please help.

Look at my recent post, this should work for you if its your My Cloud and you set up the original account. Use your email this time.

Changing email address for My Cloud

Yesterday I received an email that AOL will be charging a monthly fee if I choose to continue to use their new Desktop app, AOL Gold. I wont be able to do that, since the account is under my friends email, and I dont have his login details.
