I would love some input if anyone has had this issue before! My WD MyBook will not back up anymore. When I click on “Backup Now”, it will momentarilly say “Backup in Progress”, but after about 10 seconds it goes back to “Backup Now” and says that the last backup was 4 months ago. When I click on “Settings” or “Help” nothing opens. I have tried clicking “Quit” and re-opening it but that hasn’t solved the issue either. If anyone has an idea or who I should contact please let me know!

Hi, the operating system is Windows 8.1. I’m not sure what the name of the
backup software is. I have a MyBook that plugs in to my computer through
the USB port.
