I have a 1TB (2X.5TB) MyBook Studio II, and I am looking to upgrade the drives. I know only some WD drives meet spec, but for the life of me I can’t find anything from WD as to what will work. Can anyone point me to the resource that WDs own search can’t point me to?

The reason as to why there is no information on WD’s site related to upgrading the drives is because this is not supported by WD. Some Users have reported varying degrees of success with different WD Green models though, and you should be able to locate reference threads by using the WD Community’s search feature.
