My WD elements not working, taking too long to recognise and view files inside folder but doesnt open

I bought it before 4 months. I worked fine yesterday all of a sudden it stopped working. I tried using in different computers but results are same. It takes too long to recognize nearly 5-6 mins and takes 5 mins to open the drive and the folders are empty inside

Are you able to test the drive on a different computer or with a different USB cable?
