So my WD easy store harddrive wont appear on my mac anywhere. its plugged in, the light is blinking, and i feel the disk spinning inside but it wont appear anywhere. i checked disk utility, and everything. i’ve looked up countless videos and nothing seems to help. at this point i’m willing to do a hard reset if its possible. please help
