Ihave plenty of gig for backing up. I used it easily last week. I can’t figure out how to get to the partitions to see what is wrong. I am not a geek, but a goof.

If the drive is full you will have to clean of some space in order to create a new backup. If you are using the WD Smartware software you need to go into the root of your drive and access the backup folder called “WDSmartware.swstor”. From here you can just delete what ever you don’t need in order to make some free space.
