My passport is not compatible with Windows 10.
Need the driver.
Where can I download the driver compatible with Windows 10 please?
My HD is 1TB WD My Passport Essential SE P / N wdbabm0010bbk
The device model in question is a legacy unit and there are no dedicated Microsoft Windows 10 drivers available for it. It should use the standard, generic USB driver included in Windows 10.
If needed, you could try manually installing the unit’s Windows 8 SES driver. You could also try the universal firmware updated.
Remember to double-check if your system is 32-bit or 64-bit by right-clicking on Start and selecting System.
