My Passport keeps ignoring my music library when backing up

Hi

I’ve been using my passport to back up my hard drive for a while but it’s suddenly stopped recognising my music library.

I have about 10GB of music but it only recognises 13 files and about half a megabyte of stuff.

I’ve tried reinstalling the driver and software and also wiping the drive without success.

Is there anything else I can try?
