I just got Passport and thus far it is the worst thing ever. I have installed it into my computer, have done all the scans and yet when I go to drag photos to the passport it does not let me put files in the hard drive. I dont understand what I am doing wrong but I am extremely frustrated.
I figured it has something to do with Time Machine, so when I instructed by Mac to select passport as the external drive for the computer, it says it must erase all content in the Passport. I say yes, and the message i get every time is “couldn’t unmount disk” I am so aggravated.
Someone please help I need to install these photos.
