Hi,

I have a my cloud home and I would like to download everything from the web app. I’m able to select multiple files and download them. But I would like to download the whole mapping structure as well.

Export to USB Drive in Web App

Backup data on the My Cloud Home to the drive.

1. Sign in to the My Cloud Home account.

2. Connect a USB drive to the USB port.
   View the notice.

3. Click the 3-line Menu.
4. Click Copy USB.

Alternatively, use a third party backup program such as FreefileSync after enabling Local Access.

How do I do an incremental backup?
