My Book Studio Edition II no longer enter sleep mode

As title says, I have My Book Studio Edition II (2Tb, Raid 0 preformatted)

the problem started about a week ago, it just keep spinning non-stop for hours/days until I eject it manually.

• I did not installed any new apps on this Mac for several months, so this can’t be the reason
• I did checked that there is no app running that could interrupt it from sleeping
• I closed all unneeded processes (just in case and to make sure)
• restart with no apps running, etc.
Still, keeps spinning non-stop.

I’m a quite skilled guy (more or less), but I’m out of the options now

help?

I tried to find something like this on WD site but failed.

I just did opened support case as you told me.
hope someone can help with my issue, because mybook drives are extremely hot right now and I’m worry to lose 2TB of my life data.
