I was having problems with the software for the My Book Live. I was in a loop. It keep asking for the password. I tested the drive with the utility test on the web site for my My Book Live. It failed the test 2 times.
Unfortunately, the notifies that the My Book Live has gone bad as the drive failed in Drive Test. It is recommended to take backup of important data.
