My Book Live Duo Media Server: No contents shared!

When I try to connect to My Book Live Duo Media Server, I always get a message saying “no contents shared!”. I’ve gone to Settings > Media to confirm that media sharing is enabled, and it is. I’ve gone to Shares > Public to confirm that media is set up for that share, and it is. I get the “no contents shared!” message from every device. I’ve tried my WD TV Live, Galaxy Tab, and Windows Media Player from my computer. Still no luck anywhere. Any ideas?

Hi, make sure to have the latest firmware update installed, you can also try pressing the reset button on the back of the my book for 4 seconds.
