My Book Live Duo cant login Dashboard

Hi

I  cant login to the Dashboard. When clik login the page refresh nothing happens. Entering wrong password says invalid pass. But the correct paswword entered nothing happens.

I didn’t do any update / changes recently. Never login to the Dashboard for months.

I have done the following still the same:

1. Tried to clear cache of the browsers

2. Windows 10 can access shares but not dashboard

3. Mac El Capitan cannot access shares or dashboard

4. I can access to SSH.

Help appreciated.

It would best to use a non-Windows 10/El Capitan computer in order to confirm if this issue relates to your current system updates or to the actual WD My Book Live Duo itself.

Can you access the Dashboard from your mobile phone? If you open your phone’s browser on your local WiFi network and ty your unit’s name or known IP address it should grant you access.

Also, did you try to reset the Dashboard by holding the unit’s reset switch with a paperclip?
