Hey everyone! I’ve just updated my WD TV Live to ver. 1.15.10 and now it would not play any of my MKV files. Also if I try to play it, then it won’t play any of my other files and I would have to do a reboot!?! Why? Anyone can help me out would be much appreciated.
You could try resetting to factory defaults plus unplugging from power for a few minutes.
It also looks like the player thinks that some or one of your mkv files are ‘bad’. When it attempts to play a bad file it hangs up and will not play any files. You could try to find the ‘bad’ ones. These files may play OK on your computer etc but the player does not like them for one reason or another.
